Due to the 7th Circuit Court of Appeals ruling in One Wisconsin Institute case the following are the changes to the August 11, 2020 Primary Election:
- RESIDENCY REQUIREMENT IS CHANGED FROM 10 DAYS TO 28 DAYS.
- IN PERSON VOTING CAN ONLY OCCUR FROM TUESDAY, JULY 28 UNTIL SUNDAY, AUGUST 9, 2020.
- CLERKS MAY NO LONGER FAX OR EMAIL ABSENTEE BALLOTS TO REGULAR ABSENTEE VOTERS.
In person voting for the 2020 Fall Primary Election is available starting at 8 AM, July 28, 2020, until 5PM, August 9, 2020, by appointment only. Please call Town Clerk Jim Van Wychen at (608) 378-4813 or (608) 387-4714 to schedule appointment.
Polls will be open on election day from 7 AM to 8 PM, Tuesday, August 11, 2020.
