The Town of Scott December board meeting was held Monday, Nov. 30, 2020, at 5 PM, at the home of Town Clerk Jim Van Wychen.  All board members present. Also in attendance were Larry Johnson, Nodji Van Wychen and Mary Shepherd.

Town Chairman Chuck Huffman called the meeting to order and Clerk Jim Van Wychen read the minutes of the November town board meeting. Minutes approved as read.

Paul Shepherd gave the treasurers report. All income for the year is in. Discussion was held on how much more we could pay on the Scott Construction road repair bill in 2020. Supervisor Henry Van Wychen moved and Dan Draeger seconded a motion to approve treasurers report and file for audit. Motion passed.

The 2021 Town of Scott budget was reviewed again with no changes to the budget proposed.  Supervisor Dan Draeger moved and Henry Van Wychen seconded a motion to approve the 2021 town of Scott budget. Motion passed.

Larry Johnson gave the town road report. He mentioned the culvert on Coyote Avenue should be replaced next year. Larry will cut trees in right of way on Crescent Road before snow plowing season starts. Strohmeyer Construction graded the gravel portion of Crescent Road.

The town board appointed Mary Shepherd and Nodji Van Wychen to the Town Caucus Committee. The terms of the current town board members expire in April.

The next town board meeting will be held Monday, Jan. 11, 2021, at 5 p.m., at the home of Clerk Jim Van Wychen. The 2021 town caucus will be held following the regular board meeting.

Henry Van Wychen moved and Dan Draeger seconded a motion to adjourn the December 2020 town board meeting.  Motion passed.

December 2020 Town of Scott Board Meeting Minutes
