If you experience a police, fire or medical emergency, dial 911 for assistance from the Monroe County Sheriff’s Office, the Town of Lincoln Fire Department and First Responders.

For non-emergencies, call the Monroe County Sheriff’s Office at (608) 269-2117. The non-emergency phone number for Fire Department is (608) 378-4779.

The Warrens Clinic, located at 101 Unity Road (adjacent to I-94) is open 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday (excluding major holidays) for same day and next day appointments. The clinic is staffed by family practice physicians and family nurse practitioners, and is technologically connected with Tomah Memorial Hospital.  Call (608) 377-8792 for more information or to make an appointment.

Tomah Memorial Hospital, 501 Gopher Road, Tomah, offers medical care at their new three-story, 140,000 square foot hospital, including 24-hour emergency and urgent care. Tomah Memorial Hospital is a 15-minute drive from downtown Warrens. For more information, call (608) 372-2181.
