The Town of Scott will hold a Spring General Election on Tuesday, April 2, 2019, from 7 AM to 8 PM, at the Town of Scott Hall, 28788 Buckley Avenue. Early voting will be available from March 18 to March 30 by appointment only with Town Clerk Jim Van Wychen. Call (608) 378-4813 or (608) 387-4714 to set up an appointment.
The following offices and referendum will be on the ballot:
- One Justice of the Supreme Court, State of Wisconsin
- One Court of Appeals Judge, State of Wisconsin District IV
- One Circuit Court Judge, Monroe County, Branch I
- Two School Board Members, Tomah Area School District
- Notice of Monroe County Referendum concerning should Monroe County, Wisconsin, build a new senior care facility at an estimated construction cost of $20 million with an estimated bond repayment schedule of $1.5 million over a 20-year period.
- Election of Town of Scott board offices: Chairman, Supervisor 1, Supervisor 2, Treasurer and Clerk, for two-year terms starting April 2019
- Tomah Area School District referendum for School District Budget to exceed revenue limit by $1,500,000 per year for four years for non-recurring purposes.
