The Town of Scott Board held a Special Town Board Meeting to award bids for the Agricultural Road Improvements Program (ARIP) project on Copper Road on Tuesday, June 10, 2025, at 11 AM, at the Scott Town Hall, 28788 Buckley Avenue. Board members present were Chairman Henry Van Wychen, Supervisor Kade Gnewikow, Clerk Jim Van Wychen, town resident Nodji Van Wychen and Loren Schleusener from the Town of LaGrange.
Kade Gnewikow moved and Henry Van Wychen seconded a motion to award the lowest bidders for the Copper Road – Road Reconditioning Agricultural Road Improvement Program to Lepke Trucking Excavating, Chaseburg, WI, $799,977.79. Substantial completion is set for 8/30/2025 with final completion by 9/15/2025.
The pavement resurfacing lowest bid was awarded to Scott Construction, Wisconsin Dells, WI, $594,742.00. Substantial completion is set for 5/15/2026 and final completion by 6/15/2026. Motion passed.
DNR Erosion Control Permits have been received along with Endangered Species Survey.
Kade Gnewikow moved and Henry Van Wychen seconded a motion to adjourn the June 10 Special Town Board meeting. Motion passed.
