The Town of Scott, Monroe County, Wis., held its 2025 Board of Review on Tuesday, June 10, 2025, at 10:30 AM, at the Scott Town Hall, 28788 Buckley Avenue, Warrens, Wis. Board members present were Henry Van Wychen, Kade Gnewikow and Jim Van Wychen. Kade took the Board of Review training for the 2025 assessment season.
Also in attendance was assessor Bob Bachmann of Gardiner Appraisal Service and Loren Schleusener from the Town of LaGrange.
No adjustments were made at the Board of Review. Looking to the future, the Town of Scott will have to do a revaluation in the 2027 assessment year.
Kade Gnewikow moved and Henry Van Wychen seconded a motion for the final adjournment of the 2025 assessment role. Motion passed. The 2025 Town of Scott Board of Review closed at 12:30 PM
